Standard sessions are 60-minutes and I charge a flat rate of $60 per hour. Additional time is available for Intensive Sessions charged at the hourly rate of $60-per hour.

Learning mindfulness in a private one-to-one session offers personal reflections and inquiry tailored to your individual needs and is charged at my standard hourly session rate. You can choose to pay-as-you go, or opt for a full course.
Eight (8) individual sessions (up to 90 mins each) to learn mindfulness in a private one-to-one session. This option is for those who would benefit from individualized attention to their specific needs outside the group inquiry.
Group courses are offered throughout the year in MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, MSC (Mindful Self Compassion), and MBLC (Mindfulness-Based Living Course.
