I became a therapist because, like you, I sought to improve upon my wellbeing. For many years, I struggled with episodes of depression and a ever-present feeling of dread and worry about myself, my goodness, my life and my worth. After seeking therapy for these symptoms, I discovered my purpose in this life...
Over 15 years ago, I left my career in marketing to become a full-time therapist. This leap of faith was a commitment to my life's purpose and healing journey, which is ongoing. I believe that we are all on this journey, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. As a therapist and teacher, my role is a guide with a good map. I believe you have all you need inside of you, the work is to remove the barriers to this to live your highest purpose.
Let me guide you to your inner resources so you can move in the direction of your dreams that transform your fears into strengths on our path to follow your bliss.
